6. Termination

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall kkey.io, its directors, employees, partners, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.
Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount of fees you paid us in the six (6) months prior to the action giving rise to liability.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Sharjah.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect by posting the new terms on this site or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
